This policy explains how NickAshMing (operated by Nicholas Ashley, Christchurch, New Zealand) handles personal information related to HotelOps Toolkit.

What we collect

• Order details you provide at checkout: name, email address, billing country and order information.
• Messages you send us by email.

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record. We do not see or store your full card details. Lemon Squeezy's own privacy policy applies to the checkout.

This website uses GoatCounter, a privacy-friendly counter that sets no cookies and collects no personal data, to count page visits.

If you sign up for the free checklist, we store your email (and any optional details you add) via our website host, Netlify, to send you the checklist and occasional HotelOps emails. You can unsubscribe or ask for deletion anytime by emailing ceo@nickashming.com.

How we use it

• To deliver your download and send order emails.
• To provide support and process refunds.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We send marketing emails only if you opt in, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Retention and your rights

We keep order records as long as needed for support and legal / tax requirements. You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data by emailing ceo@nickashming.com.
