These terms apply to digital products sold under the HotelOps Toolkit name by NickAshMing, operated by Nicholas Ashley, Christchurch, New Zealand (“we”, “us”). By purchasing you agree to them.
We sell downloadable digital files (Word, Excel and PDF templates). No physical goods are shipped. Product contents, formats and prices are listed on the product page.
Orders are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy, which handles payment, invoicing and applicable sales tax / VAT. Prices are shown in US dollars and are one-time payments unless clearly stated otherwise.
After payment you receive a download link on the confirmation page and by email. If a link fails or expires, email ceo@nickashming.com with your order number and we will re-send access.
Each purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use and modify the files for internal use. A single-property product (the Leadership Edition or a department pack) covers one property. The HotelOps Group Bundle covers up to 5 properties under one owner group, meaning the same owner or ownership group; it does not cover brands, chains, franchisors or management companies operating hotels for third parties. You may not resell, sublicense, share publicly or redistribute the files, in original or modified form, or include them in a competing product.
If a file is broken or not what we described, email us within 14 days of purchase and we'll fix it or refund you. Because these are instant downloads, we don't refund change-of-mind purchases. If a refund is issued, your license to use the files ends. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
The files are general operational templates provided for educational and operational use. They are not legal, financial, HR or safety advice and do not replace local regulations, brand standards or professional counsel. Results depend on how you implement them. Apart from the faulty-file guarantee in section 5, and to the extent permitted by law, the files are provided “as is” and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
All content remains the property of NickAshMing. Your license does not transfer ownership.
